Introducing ConvertFlow's New Pricing!

Big news: We’ve updated our prices!

After a year of testing prices, talking to customers and understanding how we can align ConvertFlow’s success with the success of our customers, we’re excited to announce our new pricing. Also, we’re introducing a new plan!

Note: If you’re already a customer, this doesn’t affect you. You’re grandfathered in on your current plan :).

We’ll keep this short and sweet, and give you the high points, without all the boring details.

1. Our pricing is now based on the number of active leads in an account

At ConvertFlow, we’ve experimented with a few value metrics to charge for with our plans – numbers of events, number of websites you can use ConvertFlow on, and the number of contacts in an account.

Number of contacts as a value metric, seems to align most with the value our customers are getting from ConvertFlow. But, charging for the total number of contacts in an account, which may include all of the contacts who haven’t engaged with your marketing recently, didn’t seem fair.

That’s why our new pricing is based on the number of active leads in your account. Active leads are contacts that have engaged with your website in the last 90 days. These are people that are actively being engaged by your marketing and ConvertFlow, when they arrive on your website.

That means, all those people who were leads 6 to 12 months ago, and who no longer open your emails or visit your site, you’re not paying for :).

2. Goodbye Starter Plan

Back when my co-founder, Ethan, and I started building ConvertFlow and were bringing on our first customers, we had one plan that we experimented new pricing with the most – the Starter plan.

We learned so much with that plan – the types of customers it attracted, and what was the right value / price fit for those customers. Our beloved customers worked a lot with us to find the right set features for their needs.

It attracted some of our most helpful customers, and some customers whose businesses weren’t ready to use ConvertFlow.

The Starter plan has served its purpose, and now, it’s time for us to wave goodbye to it, as it floats off into the sunset.

3. Introducing the Lite plan!

After discovering the right set of features for customers who aren’t yet ready for ConvertFlow’s full suite, we’re happy to introduce the Lite plan. It starts at just $49/month!
