ConvertFlow 2024 Updates: CF3, Conditional Rows, Shopify Funnels & More
2024 has been ConvertFlow’s biggest year yet:

Let’s review all that’s new in 2024:
ConvertFlow 3
CF3 is a massive update of ConvertFlow’s funnel builder and dashboard, introducing new additions such as:
Dark mode
Save your eyes from strain by toggling on ConvertFlow's fancy new dark mode, using the icon to the bottom left of the screen.
Content layer manager
Managing deeply nested elements, rows, and columns is easier than ever with the new layer manager.
Spacing from the canvas
Now you can quickly add or remove padding in your designs with fewer clicks by using your mouse cursor to adjust padding.
Drag-and-drop positioning of columns
No more duplicating sections just to show content in a different order on mobile!
New color picker (with gradients!)
Styling colors in ConvertFlow got a major upgrade. The new color picker supports a lot of new functionality, including styling custom gradients for your backgrounds!
New logic interface
Building conditional logic and actions for your funnel paths is now faster and cleaner with the new logic interface.
You can quickly create, edit, duplicate, and delete conditions, or convert them from AND to OR conditions with a click of a button.
New dashboard
CF3's new UI design has been implemented across the board, with an overhauled dashboard for managing your campaigns, websites, and account.
Variant switcher
Using the variant switcher, now you can quickly access your campaign's other split-test variants, right from within the builder.
Quick preview
We've brought campaign previewing into the builder, so you can quickly switch between previewing and building, without navigating away and breaking your flow.
Quick access menu
While in the builder, click the ConvertFlow navigation icon to open up the quick access menu, to navigate anywhere in your account, at any time.
Quick search
While managing your campaigns, you can now search your entire account using the quick search bar at the top!
Introducing the conditional rows element
Conditional rows are useful for when you want to conditionally show specific content on your ConvertFlow funnel, allowing for infinite new possibilities.
For example:
- Display different hero sections based on contextual info like shopper interests, geolocations, campaign sources, etc
- Instead of guiding shoppers taking your product quiz to different funnel paths based on their answers, by using a conditional row you can conditionally change one part of the content of one quiz outcome page
Massive upgrade to Shopify app
We’ve upgraded ConvertFlow’s Shopify app to take full advantage of Shopify’s 2.0 platform, unlocking lots of new possibilities for Shopify funnels powered by ConvertFlow.
Here are some highlights:
Upgraded products elements
The new product hero element makes it super easy to create product heroes for Shopify products, which is perfect for product landing pages delivered as Shopify pages, as well as headless funnels outside of the Shopify store.
You can now also preview Shopify product content right within the builder, where you can:
- Toggle product content like image, title, description, price, and offer badges
- Toggle variant, quantity and subscription plan pickers (supports subscription apps like Recharge, etc)
- Toggle product review star ratings, with Yotpo and Okendo support
Shopify checkout actions for buttons
We've made it easier to link your buttons, forms, quizzes, etc. directly to your Shopify store's checkout, allowing for high-converting checkout funnels with fewer steps.
For each conversion element driving shoppers directly into cart or checkout, you can configure which product variants and product quantities are added to cart on their behalf.
Automatic & customized product filters using quiz answers
ConvertFlow’s Shopify product filters now support automatically filtering products based on quiz answers, as well as the ability to filter products and product variants using customized filters, allowing you to show the right product variants based on the shopper’s preferences.
Returning Shopify customer targeting
ConvertFlow now supports targeting logged-in Shopify customers returning to your store, enabling returning customer offers.
Here are the new targeting conditions:
- If customer has tag in Shopify If customer does NOT have tag in Shopify
- If customer has purchased Shopify product
- If customer has NOT purchased Shopify product
- If customer has purchased Shopify product with keyword
- If customer has NOT purchased Shopify product with keyword
- If customer total Shopify spend greater than
- If customer total Shopify spend less than
- If customer Shopify order count is greater than
- If customer Shopify order count is less than
- If customer last Shopify order value is greater than
- If customer last Shopify order value is less than

Inspired by the funnels of fastest growing DTC brands, we’ve created dozens of new premium funnel templates, using designs and copywriting conversion-optimized by billions in ad spend.
Use templates inspired by the funnels of Athletic Greens, Jones Road, Eight Sleep and dozens more, as your starting point.
Dozens of essential templates
We’ve done all the hard work for you. Now you can build new funnels effortlessly using dozens of essential templates right within the builder, for all types of content sections and funnel steps.
Designed using the content formats from top ecommerce funnels, essential templates are easy to customize and automatically on-brand using your theme.
More features & new integrations
New integrations
ConvertFlow now supports 2-way email & SMS platform integrations with both Yotpo and Ortto.
Support for custom fonts
Now, if you go to Settings > Edit, in the "Custom Code" section you can link your font host. Then, define which font to use for headings and paragraphs.
These fonts will then be available to choose from in the font dropdowns in the builder, and will be loaded on ConvertFlow's hosted landing pages.
Improved multi-site pricing
All paid plans now come with multi-site management, with the ability to start building funnels for free, and upgrade to the right plan later when you’re ready to go live.
With 2024 plans, by prepaying annually, you'll save 25% on your account subscription, as well as additional monthly traffic & website usage.
What’s next?
2024 has been a big year for ConvertFlow’s platform, and for 2025 we’ve got a lot already cooking in the oven.
